FAQ

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

You'll be notified when approaching limits. Existing instances continue running, but you won't be able to create new ones until you upgrade or free up resources.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings > Billing. Changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. New accounts start on a 14-day Pro trial and automatically continue on the Free plan if no paid subscription is started.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes. You can switch to annual billing anytime from the billing portal. The remaining balance of your current period is prorated.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You can start on Free and continue on Free after the trial ends. A payment method is only required for paid plans.
